I'm not quite ready to part with this one. It is on hold for now. The Duomo was the whole reason I travelled to Europe. The Lord had shown it to me in a dream.  It was so surreal to be there and finally paint it. A little girl watched me paint for a while. I let her paint a flower on the back where the wood was bare.  My travel buddy, Deanna was kind and patient enough to wander away and explore the shopping areas. She returned just as I was packing up two hours later. The colors had shifted so much in that short time on the marble of the Duomo. She and I returned to the Duomo the next morning to explore the inside of it. It is equally beautiful inside!
